Our Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy – Epic Yatra

Effective Date: August 05, 2025

1. Terms of Payment

To confirm any tour package, a deposit of 25% is required immediately to secure all services.
50% of the tour cost must be paid 15 days prior to the arrival date.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your scheduled trip.
All payments should be communicated via email with attached transaction confirmation.
Payment terms may vary according to hotel policies or peak season conditions.
No credit facility is provided.

2. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be sent via email to rajkishorbera22@gmail.com.
45+ days before arrival: No charges.
45–30 days before arrival: 25% of the tour cost will apply.
30–15 days before arrival: 50% of the tour cost will apply.
15–10 days before arrival: 75% of the tour cost will apply.
Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the tour cost will apply.
Epic Yatra reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once a refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment method within a standard processing period.

4. Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

Check your bank or payment account first.
Contact your credit card company, as some refunds may take time to post officially.
Check with your bank, as processing times may vary.
