Terms and Conditions – Epic Yatra

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings and services offered by Epic Yatra. By confirming a reservation, you agree to these Terms. Please review them carefully.

1. General Provisions

All bookings are subject to availability and require confirmation.
All post-booking communication, including emails, forms a binding agreement.
Prices and service details should be reviewed prior to confirmation. Changes afterward may incur additional charges.

2. Identification and Documentation

Guests must provide valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
Accepted IDs include Passport with visa, Voter ID, or Driving License.
Without proper ID, accommodation may be denied without liability to Epic Yatra.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

Full advance payment is required for confirmed bookings.
Non-payment may result in service cancellation.
Refunds, if any, will follow vendor policies and Epic Yatra’s refund policy.
No refunds for:
- Unused services.
- Early check-outs or short stays.
- Missed excursions due to itinerary changes or guest delays.
- Force majeure events like natural disasters, strikes, or severe weather.

4. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Insurance should cover cancellations, delays, health issues, geopolitical events, and terrorism.
Refunds related to such events will be processed only if supported by insurance coverage.

5. Itinerary and Vehicle Conditions

Itineraries may change due to operational or safety constraints.
AC may not function in hilly areas or during stationary stops.
Drivers operate a maximum of 12 hours per day according to regulations.
Night driving and music may be restricted in certain zones.
Local transport may be required in narrow streets or market areas.
Vehicle use beyond the planned itinerary requires pre-approval and may incur extra charges.

6. Pickup, Drop-off & Parking

Only one pickup and one drop-off point are included unless pre-approved.
Guests may need to walk or arrange local transport from parking zones at attractions.
Additional entries or premium parking areas require prior approval and may incur charges.

7. Hotels and Accommodations

Check-in: 14:00 | Check-out: 11:00. Early or late access may be available at extra cost.
Extra adults usually receive a mattress, not an extra bed. Inform us in advance.
Extras like Wi-Fi, heaters, or room service are not included unless specified.
Meal plans may be buffet, fixed, or limited-credit; add-ons are chargeable.

8. Health and Safety

Guests must inform us of allergies, mobility issues, or health concerns in advance.
All guests are assumed fit for travel.
Special accommodations must be requested in advance and may not be universally available.

9. Responsibility and Force Majeure

Epic Yatra is not responsible for injuries, medical events, or fatalities during the tour.
Loss or theft of personal belongings is not our liability.
Unforeseen events such as bad weather, political unrest, or transport delays may affect schedules.
Vehicle breakdowns will be addressed promptly with repairs or replacements.
All legal matters fall under the jurisdiction of Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India.

10. Miscellaneous

Epic Yatra may amend terms or services without prior notice.
No implied warranties are valid unless stated by Indian law.
Guests must follow local customs, safety instructions, and tour guidance.
Booking confirmation implies full acceptance and understanding of these Terms.
